WELCOME TO THE LEAGUE!
Since 1937, the Ryther League has supported the children and programs at Ryther through fundraising and volunteer work. All money raised by the League supports Ryther’s wide offering of mental health services that help children, youth, and their families in our community.
There are opportunities to start a unit, join an existing one, become a member at large, or volunteer with the ReStyle for Ryther thrift store. There is no minimum fundraising requirement and membership is just $25 per year. If you are interested in leadership, there are opportunities on the League Board as well as within each unit.
JOIN A LEAGUE UNIT
The League is made up of individual “units” and members-at-large throughout the Puget Sound area. Units are groups of five or more members who meet regularly to work together on fundraising and volunteer projects for Ryther.
Members of the League find community and friendships that last a lifetime. Each unit can choose its own way to get involved. In past years, events have included all-League Holiday and Spring Luncheons, the Whidbey Auction and Dinner, the Ryther Marathon to Hope, a Casino Night, and a Throwback to the 90s event.
RESTYLE FOR RYTHER
The Ryther League operates the volunteer-run ReStyle for Ryther, a quality thrift store in Ballard. All proceeds benefit Ryther's programs. The store is in need of more volunteers to work in the store. Please email kellys@ryther.org if you are interested.
